im no fan of hydrogen in personal transportation, it needs to be said: Hindenburg is often blamed on hydrogen, but the root cause is actually believed to be in paint used on fabric. Its not a clear-cut case either way.

by the way, either hydrogen, or clean nuclear power will probably be needed in the future of air and space travel.

The initial spark may not have been hydrogen, but:
